✔️ Apple Cider Vinegar: It helps balance the pH level of the skin. It also helps to reduce acne breakout when used as part of your daily skincare routine.

✔️ Betaine: It helps skin retain its natural moisture. It is also known to reduce the appearance of wrinkles & make skin smooth & elastic.

✔️ Cetearyl Octanoate: It acts as a lubricant on skin’s surface, making it appear smooth & supple. Its oil repelling property hydrates skin without making it look greasy.

✔️ Fatty Acids: Fatty Acids from grapes keep your skin healthy. These are a great alternative to Silicones, making the Moisturizer feel light and velvety on the skin with excellent spreadability.

PACKAGING OF THE MOISTURIZER : Wide tube like packaging with a cap that shuts tightly. One can easily carry the moisturizer while travelling.

The moisturiser is creamy lotion like and white in color. The fragrance is not super sweety; it is pleasantly herbal and not at all over powering

I have been testing out The oil free moisturizer for acne prone skin by Mamaearth for over a week now. To be honest I expected a gel like texture and was quite surprised to see the lotion like feel. I did find it lightweight on skin however for my oily skin coupled with the humid climate of Kerala, the moisturizer is a tad bit heavy for me. You just need very little quantity every time otherwise it can be a bit too greasy on face during day time . In winters however I feel the moisturizer willl be perfect for oily skin and can be used during night too. If you have sensitive combination skin, this moisturizer will do complete justice to your requirement as it didn’t cause any breakouts or even accentuated existing ones during the last one week of usage.

WHERE TO GET IT FROM?Mamaearth website at a 15% off : use code NEW15

  1. I have a very dry skin and I think the notion like consistency should work well on my dry and sensitive skin however due to the humidity I’m sure very little quantity will go a long waY.
